Javier has been with Monticule since 2003 and he likes being on the farm because, “I like being outdoors and the work is different every day. I especially like the maintenance aspect of farm work.”
In regards to working for Monticule, he commented, “I have the opportunity to learn a lot about the equipment on the farm (its maintenance and operation). I am also learning a lot about construction, the development of the farm, and other aspects of agriculture.”
